HR Assistant


Job description

• Being responsible for different sort of administrative tasks related to HR and Recruitment;

• invite newly hired employees to the office to discuss their terms of employment;

• take care of Health Insurance and other HR arrangements for employees;

• make logistic arrangements for colleagues such as hotel bookings, travel plans and trainings;

• assist in implementing various HR procedures and policies;

• take minutes of meetings at the consultative body meeting;

• support the receptionist colleagues when needed.


• you have a BSc degree in a relevant discipline;

• you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;

• strong organizational skills and eye for detail;

• having experience in an HR Department in a technical environment is a big advantage;

• you speak and write fluent Dutch and English;

• you take responsibilities, are proactive and a team player;

• you have a flexible attitude in an ever-changing environment.

This position will be fulfilled for 32 hours a week.
