Purpose of the job:
To implement, operate and maintain the HVAC work center. Perform repairs and maintenance of HVAC units for any kind of fleet for any customer.
The HVAC expert reports hierarchically to the Shop Floor team leader and functionally reports to the project operations manager.
Customer, Shop Floor management, Industrial expert(s), Supply Chain Officer, Tactical Material Planner, Fleet Support Center, logistics & warehouse coordinator(s), order handling, test engineers, electrician/mechanic employees, supplier, EHS, quality, Field Operations.
Mission is to have the best performance of the repair and maintenance of HVAC modules for their customers. To grow the competences and throughput of the work center. To maintain the work center for equipment, way of working, expertise and EHS and Quality requirements.
Profiel- MBO+ education in a technical area.
- 5 years of experience in work orders related to HVAC units at OEM or in field services.
- Certified for F-gassen category 1
- Experience in production module of SAP ERP system.
- Dutch & English speaking and writing.
- VCA, NEN3140 certificate.
Behavioral skills
- Self confidence, easy communication at multiple levels, hands-on.
- Able to lead, ability to coach technicians at level MBO.
The location of the job is in Ridderkerk. Occasionally the job requires to travel.
